Can I change or cancel my order?
Because we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. All requests after this time will be rejected. Your order may be returned upon receipt for a full refund.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow additional time to process your order on public holidays and during the sales season. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day.
How long will it take before I receive my order?
Depending on the country 5-10 working days.
What if the item(s) I received is defective/wrong/damaged?
Please contact us if you have received an item that is incorrect, missing and/or damaged. When you receive your package, please include your order number, photos of the item(s) and any accompanying notes. We will do our best to resolve your case as quickly as possible.
When will I get my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid with a credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation.
